How to do when you find defective keys after installing our keyboard ?

Check to see if the keyboard works after each step.

1. Please clean the keyboard cable and keyboard connector base on the motherboard before you insert the cable.






2. Please make sure the cable was inserted to the motherboard enough.





3. Please try to press the faulty keys very hard several times after installing the keyboards.



4. If the problems continues after the steps above, please cut off the end of the cable and try the steps above again.
