Return policy

After receiving the item, contact seller within	Refund will be given as	Return shipping
7 Days	Money Back, Replacement	Buyer pays for return shipping

1) For any shipment(s) that are rejected or cannot be delivered due to the buyer:

a) Providing an incorrect shipping address.

b) Rejecting the packages because of additional tax/duty charges added by the customer's resident country customs authorities.

The shipping cost of sending the package back to us will be paid by the customer.

2) Azubay accepts all returned items when they are still in their pristine original condition at the time they were delivered to the buyer.

Returns must be made within 7 days from when the customer got a receipt of purchase on their order.

3) Azubay will process the refund via the original payment method. Usaully, the payment will will be sent back in 7 days after we get returned items.

4) If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.

5) Please Contact us before you return it.

6) Please declare USD10.0 on the commercial invoice to avoid tax.

7) Please pack products in sturdy packaging to avoid damage during transportation.
