* The keyboard comes with a vertical enter, it doesn't compatible with the keyboard which comes a horizontal enter. Please compare your old keyboard to the picture.

* If you choose the backlit one, please check there is a backlit connector on your mainboard so that you could insert the backlit cable to it to make the backlit feature work.

* Please clean the keyboard connector on the motherboard before you insert the keyboard cable.

Restocking Policy

For any shipment(s) that are rejected or cannot be delivered due to the buyer:

Providing an incorrect shipping address.
Rejecting the packages because of additional tax/duty charges added by the customer's resident country customs authorities.

The shipping cost of sending the package back to us will be paid by the customer.

Return Policy –Money Back Guaranty

Or if the item has any problem, buyer could contact us for return too, we can offer exchange, return or refund. Returns must be made within 15 days from the date when the customer receives the order parcel.

The Refund and Shipping Cost
